Additionally, we do not perform full-body detangling/dematting, as our priority is to ensure every dog’s comfort and well-being. While we’re happy to gently brush out small tangles on the face or tail, we won’t subject dogs to the pain and stress of extensive detangling/dematting. For cases of tangles/mats across the body, we will opt for a short, comfortable cut. Keeping your dog on a regular schedule can help prevent matting and allow their coat to grow out beautifully and healthy in the future.
